Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When someone submits or manages a listing, Vitrina may receive the business name, description, category, website, country, logo, owner or contact name, contact details, selected visibility plan and related account or verification information.

We also record limited product-usage events such as listing views, outbound website clicks, saves, shares, searches, filter use and steps in the publishing flow. Where a session identifier is used for measurement, it is designed for product analytics rather than advertising profiling.

What becomes public

Approved listing information—such as business name, description, category, country or market, logo and website link—may be shown publicly. Owner names, email addresses, phone numbers, private access keys and payment-contact details are not intended to appear on the public listing.

How we use information

Service providers

Vitrina relies on infrastructure and service providers to operate the product. These may include Netlify for hosting and delivery, Neon for database, storage and backend services, and Stripe for payment processing. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not collected or stored directly by Vitrina.

Retention and control

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the directory, provide paid visibility, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, or satisfy applicable obligations. Listing owners can use Vitrina’s owner-management and recovery tools to update listing information. Requests involving a listing may also be reviewed through the ownership and verification workflows provided on Vitrina.

External websites

Listings link to third-party websites. Vitrina does not control the privacy practices or content of those external services.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Vitrina’s product and infrastructure evolve. The date at the top identifies the current version.
