Vitrina is a discovery and visibility platform. A listing, badge or placement is not a guarantee of business quality, performance, safety or results.

Using Vitrina

You may browse Vitrina and submit a digital business for consideration. By submitting or managing a listing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to provide it, and that your use does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Listings and moderation

Vitrina may review, edit for clarity, reject, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, deceptive, unsafe, duplicative, unlawful, low quality, or inconsistent with the Listing Guidelines. Publication is not guaranteed.

Curated and verified listings

A Curated listing may be added editorially by Vitrina from publicly available information and does not mean the business owner submitted, claimed or endorsed the listing. A Verified label means Vitrina completed the verification process described on the product; it is not a quality endorsement, certification or guarantee.

Paid visibility

Paid plans purchase placement and visibility for a defined period. Payment does not buy verification, approval, positive reviews or a guarantee of clicks, leads, sales or ranking outside the purchased Vitrina placement. The Visibility & Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

Third-party services

Business websites, payment services and other external services are operated by third parties. Vitrina is not responsible for their availability, offers, contracts, security, content or conduct.

Prohibited conduct

Do not impersonate another business or person, submit materially false information, upload content you do not have rights to use, attempt to bypass security or moderation, scrape or overload the service in a harmful way, or use Vitrina to facilitate unlawful or deceptive activity.

Availability and changes

Vitrina may change features, pricing, ranking logic, eligibility rules or the service itself as the product develops. Existing paid visibility periods will be handled under the policy applicable to that purchase unless a change is required for security, legal or operational reasons.

Disclaimer and responsibility

Vitrina is provided on an “as available” basis. Users remain responsible for evaluating businesses before purchasing from, hiring, integrating with or otherwise relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vitrina is not responsible for indirect losses arising from third-party listings or external websites.
